直訳的ですが ・in exclusive of ～を除いて メーカーの判断以外において、製品の一部または全てを分解した「その製品」は1年の保証の適用とはならない。 前のbinding の 回答かいていたら、締められてしまったというか、きちんとした解答を持たないので答えができなかったのですが、 ・following the minimum and binding sales forecast といのは、 今後の一定の期間の「最小限の売上の付帯条件を持つ販売(契約）」のことではないかと思うのです。 binding は、irrevocable とかの意味はないと思います。

こんにちは。 「in-house marketing」という言葉の意味が分からず、困っています。 We gain benefit from the in-house marketing of A(製品名). また上記の文章を別のセンテンスで言い換えた文章も見つけましたが、いまいちクリアに理解できていません。 Ａ製品 have been marketed in-house through our Japanese subsidiaries since January 2001. 直訳すると社内での販売、になるのですが、これはどういう事を意味しているのでしょうか？ in-houseというと、社内で行なわれる取引を想像するのですが、この文章自体が大企業の 決算報告書に載っている文章なので、そういった取引ではないと思います。 宜しくお願い致します。
