えっと、和訳ではなくて英訳ですよね。。？ Since the conditions did not meet, no contract was exchanged regardless of its validity. 条件が合わなかったため契約は交わされなかった、有効・無効関わらず。 契約を交わしてないのなら有効・無効云々ってのは 不要な気がするのですがどうなんでしょう。

こんにちは、今回はじめて投稿します。 会社員のmikituyo1979です。 早速本題ですが、現在、会社から英文の契約書の翻訳を依頼されており、 翻訳サイトも使いながら訳しているのですが、次の文がなんとも分かりません。 In no event shall either A or B be liable to the other for special, indirect, or consequential damages, including damages for economic loss such as business interruption, a loss of profits, however the same may be caused, including without limitation, the fault, breach of contract, tort (including the concurrent or sole and exclusive negligence) strict liability or otherwise of A or B. 私の方で、however以前の箇所は分かるのですが、それ以下が訳しきれてません。 however以下の場合は除外するような意味でしょうか？ 分かる方がいらっしゃったら、ご教授いただきたいです。 はじめての上、拙い文章で申しわけありませんが、よろしくお願いします。
