英文の意訳をお願いします。 American pie
American Pieを英文から理解できるように日本語にしています。 厳密さは問いませんので、意訳していだだけませんか。お願いします。 和文は私がつまずいているところです。 1) In fact, the expression that something is "as American as Mom's apple pie" is known to everyone. 要するに、表現は母のアップルパイと同じくらいアメリカ製の・・・ 2) It's used to praise something for being good and wholesome. それは（何かを）賞賛するのに慣れている・・・

It's used to praise something for being good and wholesome. その表現方法は「それが、(本来のアメリカ人が持っている)善良で健康的な気質ややり方である」と褒める意味を込めて使われている。 その表現方法とは,当然前述の as American as apple pie ですね。 こちらからの質問です、、、、、、「American Pie」ってナンですか? 寡聞にして存じませんので、教えて下さい、、、

先ほども質問をしましたが、解答の意訳がわかりません・・・ This man does not feel, as hiswife perceives,that he is trying to curtail ther intimacy. この夫は、妻が感じているのと違い、自分が愛情を削り落とそうとしているのだということに気づいていない。長文の中の一文なので、全部載せられないので、文の意図がわかりにくいかと思います。この１文前の文はこの文の対比になっているんですが、（この夫はと対比で妻のことが書いてある）ので対比を出すために、妻が感じているのと違いという意訳になったんでしょうか？ちなみにas～percievesのコンマではさまれていますが、挿入であってますでしょうか？この２点について、わかる方、教えてください。文法的に解答していただけると理解しやすいと思いますのでよろしくお願いします。
