こんにちは。 1 "The purpose, and only purpose, of this joint venture" は、"本合併の唯一の目的は" で良いのでしょうか？それとも、onlyと共にpurpose が繰り返されているニュアンスをもっと出すべきなのですか？ 、、、良いと思いますよ。「本JV組成の目的、その唯一の目的は ～」としても良いですよね。ただ、あくまでジョイントベンチャーですから、絶対に「合併」とは言わない方が良いでしょうね。A社とB社が合併するのと、A社とB社がJVで何かをやるというのはえらく違いますから。 ちなみに、法廷で証言台に立つ時、聖書への宣誓ではこんなことを誓わされます。念押しでしょうかね： ・tell the truth, nothing but the truth ,,, 2 "purchase, ownership" は、"買い入れ、所有"であっていますか？ 、、、「購入、所有、転売」ですね。詳細は下述します。 3　"resale for development purposes of the real property" は、"不動産開発目的の転売"ですか？何かしっくりこないんですが・・・。 、、、要するにJV組んで、さら地を購入して所有し、アパートやらショッピングモールやら上物を建設し、短期間運営した後、単独で利益が出るようになったところで物件自体を売却して銀行ローンを返済し、利潤を得てJVの出資割合に応じて山分けするという、ごく普通の不動産プロジェクト開発案件ですよね？　　 ここは purchase, ownership, and resale for development purposes of the real property まで全部つながっています。ここまでの一連の行為が「不動産開発プロジェクト」です。なので「不動産開発目的の購入、所有、転売（のためのJV）」だと思いますよ。 ご参考までに。
