assign: to give something to somebody for thier use or as thier share of work or responsibility ＝「ある物を使用の目的で、あるいは仕事の分担として、あるいは責務として、ある人に与えること」という意味になります。 -ee は「行為を受ける人」という意味ですから、 assignee は「ある物を使用の目的で、あるいは仕事の分担として、あるいは責務として、ある人から与えられた人」という意味になります。つまり財産・権利などの「譲受人」のことです。 consign: to give somebody/something up to somebody/something; to deliver somebody/something to somebody/something ＝「ある人、ある物をある人、ある物に譲る；ある人、ある物をある人、ある物に届ける」という意味です。ですから、 consignee は「ある人、ある物を譲られた人」という意味になります。つまり商品などの「引受人」のことです。 文章の意味は直訳すると不自然な日本語になるので意訳すると「Ａ社は日本が分担する部分の譲受とＢ事業の管理委託（引き受け）を行なうことになるだろう。」といった意味になると思います。

consign の意味としては 託送する 的な意味合いで、 consignee は受託者 となります。 例えば 車の違反の ticket を受け取る人は ticketee となるみたいに 人的な というかその人 と言う感じになります。 同じように assignee は 譲受人となりますから、 A社は日本の受託者そしてＢ社の譲受人である。 みたいな感じですかね、、、、、いや、、あんまし 言葉を訳すことがないから 日本語変ですかね、、、、、、

よろしくお願いします。 タイトルの通りなのですが、 be made of A be made from A の違いがよくわかりません。 辞書には、 be made of A:A材料）からつくられる house made of wood be made from A:A原料からつくられる wine made from grape とありましたが、意味をみても、いまいち、違いがわかりません。 また、隣の用例をみてもいまいち、違いがわかりません。。。 違いを教えていただけるとありがたいです。 よろしくお願いします。
