医学文献の英語翻訳について

非常に少ないですが、一部関連情報が下記にあります。 http://www.mhlw.go.jp/shingi/2005/09/dl/s0930-7d2.pdf 病院や大学で内部的に訳されている可能性は否定できないと思います（個人、輪読会等で）。

現在American Medical Associationが出版している、Guides to Evaluation of Permanent Impairmentという医学文献の日本語訳がないかと探しています。600ページ程度の分厚い本ですので、正式な訳本が出版されて市場に出ているとは思えないのですが（色々心当たりを当たってみましたが、現在のところやはり見つかりません）、お医者様や医療関係の方で、今までにこの本の訳本を依頼された方や、入手されたことのある方は、どこで・どのように・いくらくらいで入手できるか等教えて頂ければ幸いです。またこれに対する何かアドバイス・提案がありましても、お願い致します。

- 三国志の完訳本
僕は三国志が好きでゲームの三国志や三国無双などを好んでやります。しかしやはりゲームでは三国志に関して詳しくなれないと思い、三国志演義を読むことを決心しました。そこでAmazonで三国志通俗演義の訳本の文庫本を購入したのですが（岩波少年文庫 三国志上・中・下）、三国志演義を完全に翻訳したものではなく、言葉遣いも簡単なもので、やはり子供向けの感が否めなく少し残念でした。そこで僕は羅貫中の三国志通俗演義をできるだけ忠実に翻訳した本が買いたいと思っているのですが、どの出版社のどの本がお勧めでしょうか？それと正史三国志の翻訳本も買いたいので何かいいのがあれば教えてくださいよろしくお願いします。

bark418さん 日本で出版された絵本に、個人的に翻訳をつけて、外国のNGOへチャリティーとして送っても問題ないでしょうか？ 私はかねてより、外国のとあるNGOを応援しています。このNGOは子供むけの図書 室を運営しています。利用者は無料で本を読めます。本の貸し出しは行っていません。図書室の運営は厳しく、本はチャリティーで入手したもので、本棚なども廃材の再利用です。 私も日本の素晴らしい絵本を送りたいと思っています。 そこで気になっているのが、著作権問題です。 翻訳は、私が個人的に行います。(ネイティブの知人にもチェックしてもらいます) 翻訳は紙に書き、絵本の日本語部分の上に、付箋で貼るつもりです。めくると日本語が見えるようにします。また、翻訳は私が行ったとわかるようにします。(本の最終ページに書くとか、付箋に書くとか) 個人的に外国の友達にプレゼントするのであれば問題なさそうですが、送り先が図書室なので、著作権侵害にあたるか心配です。 送る本はすべて日本の作家さんの作品です。また、翻訳する言語では出版されていないことをインターネット検索で確認しました。 著作権関係に詳しい方、ご回答いただけますと幸いです。

４０年ぐらい前の出版です。 アメリカの本です。翻訳物です。 内容は自然もので、博物誌のようなものです。 もう一度読んでみたいのですが、インターネットで検索しても、なかなか見つかりません。入手方法を知りたいのです。よろしく。

- 「I can」 という本？を探しています。
今から40年～38年位前の本なのですが、 タイトルはたぶん「I can」 「ビルの谷間からAmericanのicanだけが見えて I can」 （よく映画であるシーンです。） というような始まりの本（内容は自己啓発系）らしいのです。 入手したいのですが 作者や出版社等なんでも結構です。 どなたかご存知の方いらっしゃいますか？

Physical development Adolescence is often considered to begin with puberty, the appearance of mature sexual characteristics. In girls this is marked by menarche, the onset of menstruation. The average age is about 12^1/2 years , but the normal range is of growth in height and weight begins to increase, reaching a peak about a year before the menarche. The peak rate is the most rapid growth in the postnatal period. Because of its timing, this period of rapid growth is sometimes called the preadolescent growth spurt. In boys there is no striking change analogous to the menarche to mark the beginning of adolescence. However, a growth spurt in height and weight occurs, and its pattern is about the same as in girls except that it is about two years later. Thus, adolescence begins about two years later in boys than in girls. Like girls, boys vary widely in the age at which puberty begins. However, the “average” early-maturing boy begins puberty at about the average normal age for the beginning of puberty in girls. Similarly, the “average” late-maturing girl begins puberty at about the average normal age for boys. Research shows such individuals have few problems in learning to adjust to the opposite sex. The early-maturing boy has the better time of it, though, because he is also a hero to the normally-maturing boys, while the late-maturing girl is not well accepted by normally-maturing girls. In contrast, the early-maturing girl is too far ahead of her classmates of both sexes, and the late-maturing boy too far behind. Both have adjustment problems.

Adolescence is a period of advancement to adulthood. There is no clear point at which one can say that the adolescent has changed to man or woman. As with all biological phenomena, and most psychological changed, there is a process going on that involves barely perceptible changes from one day to the next. Often parents do not realize how quickly the changes are in fact taking place, however, until someone who has not seen the adolescent for a few months comments on the remarkable growth in height, or change in voice (in both males and females), or onset of other visible signs of maturity , some of which are sexual. Adolescent girls may worry about the size of their breasts-too small or too large, depending on the current fad-and boys about the size of their penis-“too small”, usually, but occasionally “too large.” Disuse, incidentally, does not cause the penis to atrophy, nor does frequent use make it larger(Katchadourian,1997).

The person capable of formal operations views problems from several different vantage points, all without making a move. Problem or conflict resolution goes on largely as a matter of mental manipulation. The image of the expect chess player, quietly conjecturing moves and outcomes several steps ahead of the present position of the game, dealing simultaneously with many different contingencies, is an apt one for the cognitive portrait of the adolescent.
