eitherでandを使うことはできますか？

すみません。英文法で質問なのですが、 either Japan and Korea or the United Statesというように、 日本・韓国とアメリカのどちらかということは言えますか？ あるいは、 between Japan and Korea and the United States. 日本・韓国とアメリカとの間には、というように言うことはできますか？ Both Japan and Kore and the United Statesはいうことはできますか 日本・韓国とアメリカ両国はと言うことはできますか？ お願いします。

>either Jane and Mary or Kenとは言えないということですか？ Jane と Mary で１チームということですか？ ということならいずれの文も誤解が発生しますね。それは国名であろうと人名であろうと明確に独立したアイテムだからです。 （文脈によって使えないことはないでしょうが。） either the team of Jane and Mary or team Ken. either the alliance of Japan and Korea or the United States (alone). としたほうがいいでしょう。 ＞日本・韓国とアメリカとの間には これはさっきいったとおりでよいと思います。 ただ、日韓という枠を作りたいなら alliance などを使う必要があるでしょう。 ＞日本・韓国とアメリカ両国はと言うことはできますか？ 日本も韓国も独立国ですから日本語でも英語でもこれは無理があります。

＞between Japan,Korea and the United States. 日本・韓国とアメリカとの間には、というように言うことはできますか？YES このような独立したアイテムを比較する場合、３つ以上でも使えます。 both は 基本的に２つのもの、人に使用。 (all these country) such as Japan, Korea, and US. のように私らなします。 either も同じく２つのもの、人における選択ですので、 この場合は突けなくてよいのでは。 いずれも辞書による定義ですので、カジュアルな会話では使われるかもしれません。
