お釜でご飯を炊くのですが。
懐石料理店で働いています。外国人に説明したいのですが、上手に 説明出来ません。 私なりに考えたのですが、全く自信がありません。 This is a Japanese traditional way to cook rice. よろしくお願いたします。

アメリカに３５年ほど住んでいます. This is a Japanese traditional way to cook rice.とJapanese とtraditionalの位置を変えました. どちらでも、「外人」が英語を話しているわけですから、分かってもらえると思いますが、これによって、伝統的な「日本のやり方」になって、日本的な「伝統方法」じゃなくなるんですね. こちらでは、riceというと、シリアルのボックスの様な箱からなべに入れ、１-２分ストーブに置くだけ. もっとも、ジャパニーズレストランで食べるご飯はまるっきり違うものだとわかっています、ただ、炊飯器で簡単にできることだけはしらないですね. 本題に戻りますが、あなたが言っている事は、お釜を見せながらの説明になりますので、ご飯はおかまで炊きますといいたければ、文章を次のように変えるといいと思います. We, at this restaurant, cook rice in a special pan called "Okama". This is a traditional Japanese way to cook rice. But we do not do this way at home. We use an electronic rice cooker at home. このレストランではお釜と呼ばれる特殊のなべでご飯を炊きます. 昔からの日本のご飯の炊き方です.でも、家ではやりません. 電子炊飯器を使います. こちらでは、留学生用に(アジアからの)昔からのある身のふたの電気炊飯器が売られています. ナショナルブランドです. もし他に分からない点がありましたら、補足質問してください.

何らかのお役に立てる事が出来たようで、嬉しいです. ポイントの件ですが、 STEP１ 該当者の選択 とかいてある頁はいけたということですね、 左側の丁度、Step 1と書いてあるところの下に黄土色と青の縦長のリボン見たいのがあります. その梨ゴンのマンかなあたりに白い点がありますのでそれをクリックするとマークがつきます. 回答の横になります. 該当するような答えが出なかった場合は、一番下に該当無しがありますので、両方のリボンの下の白い点をクリックしてマークをします. 後は頁下のほうにある「次」をクリックすればいいです. これで大丈夫だと思います.

There are arranged food all over the world. Let's see tge arranged Japanese food. It is a new taste and fresh idea which never come to Japanese mind. However, Thirkish food is different from such arranged food. Let's look at Midiye Dolması agein. This food is cooked with olive oil which is commonly used Mediterranean food to fry vegetables and rice which is main food. Then it is flavored with cinnamon and cumin which passed the Silk Road.
