コンタクトがずれる
「コンタクトがずれる（ずれた）」は英語で何と言えば通じるでしょうか？ 調べると、「論点がずれる」とか「適合していない」という意味がありましたが、これという言い方が見つかりませんでした。 out-of-place「場所がずれる」が一番近い感じですが、これを使うとMy contacts are (have been) out of place. になるのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。

私はこういう場合、「正しくない状態」と否定形で言います。 One of my contact lenses is not on the right spot. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~is not sitting right. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~is not fitting right. It's on the wrong spot. ＝違う（正しくない）場所に乗っている。 とも言えると思います。

align a contact lense with the cornea コンタクトレンズを角膜に合わせる ですから、コンタクトレンズがずれる、は a (the) contact lense is misaligned. lenses と複数形にするときは、もちろん両目がずれた時。 contact lense misalign で検索すれば、例文がたくさん出てきますよ。

My husband of 28 years has been having long, intimate text conversations with his father's hospice nurse for several months while they both are caring for my dying father-in-law. My husband does this for hours every day. I have told them that I would like one of them to stop working with my father-in-law. Neither has been willing. 再度の回答ありがとうございます。 ”はずれる”ではなく、”ずれる”です。 やはり、moveを使うのが一番ですか。 日本語で言う「あっ！ずれた！」みたいな感覚があるといいなと思ったのですが、英語には無いのかもしれませんね！ ありがとうございました。
