ボランティアとして受け入れられるというには？
こんにちは。 現在海外在住です。今日ボランティア団体に登録に行ったのですが、 （ボランティア団体が）私を受け入れてくれたという場合、 they accepted me as a volunteer. でいいのでしょうか。 また、ボランティアとして登録したという場合はなんて言えば いいのでしょうか？ I registered myself as a volunteer worker. と非ネイティブに行ったのですが、registerという動詞が いけなかったのかpardon？と言われてしまいました・・ よろしくお願いします。

勿論,「accept」でも「register」でも良いのですが、この様な言い回しの際に最適の言葉があります。「名前を登録する」「入会する」「入隊する」等という時は精々これを使いませぅ。因みに、名詞は「enrollment」です。 They enrolled me as a member of volunteer. ＞they accepted me as a volunteer. ＞でいいのでしょうか。 いいと思います。 ＞I registered myself as a volunteer worker. は、 I registered for a volunteer program. の方がよいでしょう。 a volunteer workerはあまり聞きませんね。a volunteerで 「ボランティア」です。

あるドラマで、レースの実況をアナウンサーが言った台詞です。 A and B are neck and neck as they battling their way to the finish. ＡとＢがゴールに向かって僅差で競っているという意味ですが、 they と battling の間に are が省略されていると思っています。（be 動詞の省略） 新聞見出しや短いフレーズなどの場合、be 動詞が省略される場合があるようですが、この例のようにそれなりの長さの文においても、省略されることはあるのでしょうか？ あるいは、単にスクリプトの文字抜けと考えるのが妥当ですか？ また、この時の as は、「～しながら」という感じの意味合いで理解すればよいのでしょうか？ 宜しくお願いします。

使役動詞というのを最近勉強しましたが had プラス 過去分詞で、なになにしてもらうと私は理解しましたが、 ネイティブの人が Two of my wife's co-worker also had their money stolen. という文を作りましたが、 なになにしてもらう以外に、なになにされたという場合も この使役動詞を使えると考えていいでしょうか！ 初心者です、よろしくお願いします。

各種ボランティア活動に参加した場合、その実績を履歴として登録し公認する機関はありますか。 献血カードのように各種（各地）ボランティア実績が一瞥できるシステムが有ったら教えてください。 例：1月障害者施設の介助、6月絵本作り手伝い、8月水害後片付け手伝い、10月障害者旅行介助、12月ホームレス向け炊き出し手伝い・・・のような場合それぞれの団体の記録には残りますが活動が集計されることはないと思いますが・・・。

出来栄えも10てん中で判断してほしいです。 ポスターで募集をかけているボランティアの数を増えないのでどうすれば増やせるか(慶應経済) そしてそれは何故増えないのか 増やすにはどうすればいいか 何故成功できると考えるか を 含めて説明せよ という問題です I think why only a few students responded is a variety of reasens. One reasen is that a lot of good imformation ,such as merits of volunteer are lacking. By this demerit, a lot of high school students to want to work as a volunteer may lose motivation. Another reasen is that the time to carry out a volunteer work is fixed. They can't conduct volunteer everyday because they are busy studying as a high school students . Therefore, I think what they can do to increase the number of volunteers is that they should change a cotents of the poster. if they can describe a vriety of merits of volunteer work and explain the students can be free to have a right to conduct volunteer work in poster , they will be able to increase the number of volunteers.
