別れの際にある感じの言葉です。 いきさつは別として、 相手はあなたを傷つけまい（いいかえると、あたりさわりなくって感じです）と言う感じですね。 自分も悪口を述べて分かれるより、気持ちよく別れたいので相手を気づかい（自分も同時に気づかう）を示しているのです。 君とのことは良い思い出だったみたいな感じです。

今後も付き合いのある別れではなく完全に縁を絶つ感じの別れだとおもいます。 大嫌いで別れるのではなく付き合っていくのが難しく別れる時の言いまわしなのではないでしょうか。

意訳です。 「しあわせになってね。幸運を祈るよ。 いろいろなこと、ほんとうに、ありがとう。わすれないよ」 とても、大切に思っているけれど、さよなら ということだと 想像します。
