英訳をする様にとの課題が出たのですが、なかなか難しく、自分なりに訳してみたものの 表現の仕方が合っているのか非常に不安なので、部分的にでも結構ですから お分かりの方教えて下さい。 かなり長くなりますので 何回かに分けて書き込みしたいと思います。 宜しくお願いします。 「お客様の発展に貢献し、以って自らの会社並びに従業員、地域社会の安定と成長を計る。 そのために、世界一の品質を目指すと共に国際競争力のある会社にする」 contributes to the customer's development, 以って自らの会社並びに従業員、 Stability and the growth of the local society are measured. For that, it aims at the best quality in the world and make it to the company where it has global competitiveness. 「みんなで造ろう 品質の○○（社名）」 Let's make it from everyone ○○ of quality (もっと適当な表現はないでしょうか・・・） 「原価を下げる」 Cost reduction 「生産性を上げ、他社に負けない価格競争力を」 Improvement of productivity and the price competitiveness not defeated at the other companies 「納期を守る」 Punctual the delivery date 「納期を守り 大きく育てようお客様の信用」 Punctual the delivery date and Let's enlarge the confidence of customer 「笑顔であいさつ 生き生き職場」 Greets with a smile and make the vivid company 「企業は人なり 人材は人財なり」 In the enterprise, talent is a person fortune the person. （全く分かりません・・・）

レスがついてないので少し野次馬的に書きましょう。質問者が書かれている日本語の多くはこのままでは英語にならないものです。つまり英語にしても意味不明になったり、ナンジャイこれは、という感じになります。質問者に課題を出した人はたぶん英語が不得意な人なのでしょう。 例えば理念と思しき最初の文は、かなり独りよがりで意味不明ですが、日本人ならなんとなく感覚的に、まあいいお題目を唱えているんだろうな、と善意に解釈します。しかしこれをそのまま訳すと英語文化、外国文化にとっては意味不明になると思います。 また例えば、品質のＯＯといったって、会社の品質だとたぶん意味不明になりますから、商品や生産品の品質と書いたほうが、（意味するところは多少単純になってしまいますが、）分かりやすくていいでしょう。「製品の品質最高のＯＯ」（ＯＯ－The best products quality！）とか。 日本人が英語を書くときは、元の日本語よりよく分かる英語を書くことを心がけたらいいと思います。つまりそこまで日本語を咀嚼、解析するのです。日本語の段階で単純明快に言い換えることが出来なければ、外国語である英語に（意味の通る英語に）作り変えることは出来ません。 ご自分でこの意味のよく通らない日本語を分析して言い換えて見られたらどうでしょうか（例をひとつだけ最後に書いておきます）。不満は残りますが、私なりの解析で簡単にいくつか書いてみました。他はご自分でお試しください。 「日本語で勝負！」をお忘れなく。 We go forward to be more advantageous to our customers and to the regional society, which gives full of profits and prosperity to all the people in our company in the long run. For the purpose of it, we are going to have the best quality products and to have the best power for global competition. The people in the company make and gain all in the business. Greet and smile! It makes the air vital. 笑顔で挨拶といっても名詞だと動きがないし、withつけるとくっついてしまって挨拶以外で笑わなくてもいい、みたいになりそうだから、動詞の命令形にしてandでつなごう。といっても元の日本語からすると一体感は必要だから単数で受けよう。It でなくYou で言ってもよかったかな。職場というよりもその人の周りの雰囲気だからthe airにしてみるか。云々。

順番を変えたので分かりにくくなりましたか。 「企業は人なり、人材は人財なり」って、つまり企業というものはその中の人間がお金を含めてすべてを造りだす財産であるということでしょ（ほんとはもう少し深い意味を持ちますが、そこまで表現しようというような贅沢はとりあえずは考えないこと）。 この財産という言葉に縛られると進みにくくなるでしょうから、すっ飛ばせばいいのです。単に洒落の都合で付け足しているだけですから。 「（企業に属する）人こそが、その事業の中の製品も価値も造りだす。」 もっと簡単に、「人こそ企業のすべてだ。」「企業では人間が一番の鍵だ。」とすると質問者さんが書けると思いますし、先に書いておられるものよりはるかに適切な英語になるでしょう。

早速御回答いただき ありがとうございました！ 「企業は・・・」のところかな。。と思ったものの、そうなんです、順番が違うだけで自信がなくなりました。（ダメですねぇ） 訳すのが難しいだろう所を読み取っていただけたのか、的を得た御回答で、ありがたかったです。 英語は少し勉強した事があるものの、理念だとか方針だとかってニュアンスを伝えるのは本当に難しいですね。 残りも頑張ってもう少し自分なりに考えてみたいと思います。 本当にありがとうございました！！
