申し訳ございませんが、以下の２つの英文の意味が理解出来ないでおります。 アドバイスを頂けないでしょうか？ 1. We might even get some rain. 雨も降るかもしれないね。 We can sure use it. 雨が降るとありがたいわ。 のWe can sure use it.の意味が分かりません。 canが可能性、sureが確信、雨をuse it？？？ って感じでサッパリです。 2. Did you happen to bring the handouts with you? 資料を持ってきた？ ですが、happen toの意味が分かりません。 「偶然～する」というような意味ではこの文章は理解できないと思います。 この場合のhappen toはどのように考えればよいのでしょうか？ 以上２点宜しくお願い致します。

なんとなくは分かるのですが、最後の１文の意味がうまく理解できません。なんて言ってるのですか？？？ 教えて下さい。 So, we both can enjoy and happy without worries. We don't want anything like this to happen, right. It's too much to handle for me.

この英語の意味は、どちらの少女が本当に自分を好きなのか分からなくて困っていると言うような意味なのでしょうか？ These days, also, I am scared and I have a fear of which girl can truly love me, but I am sure not so sure what to think of it. 違う解釈があれば教えて下さい。

一応，原文は二つ目の所も，so になっています。 ２，３点わからないところがあります。 拙いことかもしれませんが・・。 １．まず，sure についてで，辞書を引いてみたところ， He is sure to come. (= It is certain [or 《ときに》 sure] that he will come.) とありました。（旺文社） これは，本来は間違いであるけれども，慣用的に使われるようになっているということになるのでしょうか。 ２． ＞2つ目のsoがasなら、破格構文の可能性はないですね。 ただし、sureのままでは非文で、likelyかcertainに置換する必要があります。 これは，この原文のままだと破格構文ということなのでしょうか。 あと破格構文と非文に違いはあるのでしょうか。 ３．sure とも絡んでくるのかもしれませんが，原文の最後の so happen の部分は普通のことなのでしょうか。 この happen という動詞のかかり方というか，働きがよくわかりません。 変なことばかり聞いてすいません。
