#1さんと殆ど同じ回答ですが、訳落ちがあったので…。 「彼女は今やコリー坊やの母親である。 彼女は母親であることを幸せに思っている」 だと思います。 babyとCoreyは同格ですね。 だから、baby=Corey、Coreyは"彼女"の赤ちゃんです。

コリーは彼女の子供（男の子）の名前でしょう。 （訳自体は上手ではありませんが、こんな感じでしょう・・・） 彼女は、コリーという赤ん坊のお母さんになった。彼女は、母となったことでとても幸せです。

とある「翻訳コンクール」に応募しました。 もちろん入賞できるとは思っていなかったので、結果に不満があるわけではないのですが、その審査員の感想のところが気になっています。 それで、英語に堪能な方の意見も聞いてみたいと思った次第です。 まず、原文は She told deep blue sea stories to Mum.... flying up high in the sky stories to Dad,and magic syories to her little brother Jamie. となっています。 その審査員の感想は ＞端的な例をあげると、P.6 の "She told deep blue sea stories to Mum" 以下の繰り返しです。絵本の翻訳の場合は、ぜひゆっくり朗読してみて下さい。すると、 "She told deep blue sea stories" で少し切ってから、" to Mum" と読むでしょう。つまり、「ルーシーは、深くて青い海のお話は（を）……お母さんに」となるのです。つまり、「ルーシーは、こんなふうなお話を……（いったい、だれにするんだろう？）……お母さんに……」というふうに書かれてあるのです。これを、「ルーシーはお母さんに、深くて青い海の物語を……」と訳してしまうと、つまらなくなってしまいます。それが英語の文脈に沿うということなのです。 なのですが、こういうことなんでしょうか？ ただ単に、英語では to Mumが文法上最後に来るだけで、そんな深い意味は原文にはないのではないか？？なんて思ってしまったんです。 この英文を見た場合、英語ネイティブとしてはこのようなニュアンスに読み取りながら読むのでしょうか？

I can understands the problem now.which is very genuine and it is very correct that you do not feel comfortable to work with him. i guess if you feel to change the guide you may do so. but you will have to teach the new guide everything again. which is time consuming for you. but since Mr. Arora knows your work he would have been more easy. This is something that you will have to decide as if you're not comfortable then it is very difficult. Kalimpong is a small town and it takes about 3 hours to reach by car and there are many hotels there to stay, it is a small nice town.
