>It（カンマ）'s not necessary. とは It,'s not necessary. という事でしょうか ? だと想定するとこれは ありえないので、少し推測してみたのですが、 もしかして「カンマ","」と「アポストロフィー"'"」を混同なさってはいませんか ?

下記の英文について、是非教えてもらえませんでしょうか？ Unfortunately it is not necessary to come to late; otherwise we get trouble and we have to take a waiting number for the registration and will to be late for the appointment at the immigration office. 1)it is not necessary to come to late →遅れてくる必要はありません＝遅れてこないようお願いします、という意味でしょうか？ "Please don't come to late"と比較するとより婉曲的な表現になっているということでしょうか？ →come to lateはcome lateでもいいのでしょうか？なぜ前置詞のtoが入るのかが理解しにくいです（そもそも前置詞？）。 2)will to be late for the appointment これはどういう意味でしょう？？？willの主語はweでしょうか？？？ we will be late for the appointnmentなら簡単なのですが・・・ willのあとにtoが来る理由が理解しにくいです。 是非とも宜しくお願いします。

私が受ける大学では５０～８０字程度の自由英作文があります。 主張→理由→再主張 という構成で毎回やっているのですが、前のテストの回答の再主張の部分で So, I do not agree this opinion という書き方をしたらカンマを付けた事で減点されてしまいました。 しかし、参考書には So, it is obvious that ～という書き方があったので、私はそれを真似しただけです。 that節が無く、短い文だからカンマは要らないということなのでしょうか。 説明お願いします。
