とりあえずhttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=73c2650f-be61-4bd6-8408-1fd6e7827cd8&DisplayLang=ja のサイトからプログラムをダウンロードして自分の環境にセットアップしてみましたが、特に問題なくセットアップできました。おそらくメディアプレーヤーに何らかの異常があると考えられますので、一度アンインストールして、メディアプレーヤー10をもう一度再セットアップした方がいいかと思われます。

わざわざセットアップしていただいてありがとうございます！ ・・・今、もう1度試してみたんですけど、やっぱりエラーになっちゃいました(T_T)。 こういうソフトのアップデートで、インストール直後にWindowsが起動しなくなっちゃったことが前に何度かあったので、エラーなんか出ちゃうとかなりハラハラしちゃうんです(>_<)。 教えていただいたとおり、いったんアンインストールしてダウンロードしなおしたいとお思います。 ありがとうございました♪
