Windows media player 開けません!!

C00D1197のエラーは、次の時に表示されます(Microsoftのサイトで確認しました)。 LANやインターネットの接続が切れている 入力されたURLがおかしい サーバにトラブルがあるか、余裕がない ネットワークプロトコルが許可されていない プロキシサーバのセッティングがおかしい 以上が、表示される英文の大まかな内容です。 で、みることができない画像(もしかして動画では?)は、ネット上のものですか、それともローカルに保存されたものでしょうか。 それがわかれば、対処方法が見つかるかもしれません。 参考URLにも、少しだけ対処方法が書いてあります(バージョン9のものですが、10でも同じ内容でした)。

ありがとうございます。 英語を読んでいただけたのですか? 今日見てみるとそのサイトのwindowsmedea playerを みることができました。 理由は全くわかりません。 ウイルス感染などしたのでしょうか? 少し心配です。 本当にありがとうございました。

 Windows media playerのプログラムがこわれちゃったみたいですね。そういう場合は、Windows media playerを削除して、下記アドレスからインストールしてください。
