＃２です。補足です。 ＞＞3。がどのような流れなのか教えていただけますか。特にthis wayの部分です。 予約のある客も、予約のない客も、到着順に、一列に並んでいます。まず係りの役は、予約のある客と、予約のない客をそれぞれ別の窓口に振り分ける案内をすることです。ですから、「ご予約がある方でしたら、こちらへ」というつもりです。 僕のはアメリカのホテルのやり方なので、日本では違うのかもしれません。文化的背景を無視した問題は無意味ですね。
