ドイツからの英文のメールの意味が分かりません
ドイツの事務所(日本の司法書士のような事務所)に、役所(行政機関)へのある手続を、「費用は支払うから頼みます。」とメールしました。 すると、相手から次のようなメールが来ました。 Dear Mr. ○○○, Thank you for your kind email! We guess you want to go forward with the payment of the fee. May we kindly ask you to mark for our records our formal reminder as attached with your cross at the right place? 上記の英文メールの意味がよく分からないのですが、どういう意味・趣旨でしょうか? 私からの依頼について、メールだけではなく、依頼文書の原本の紙を郵便でドイツに送ってくれという意味でしょうか? それとも、費用を前金で支払えというようなことでしょうか? お教え下さい。

先方からのメールに、依頼（手続き）内容に関する確認書のようなものが添付されてきていないでしょうか？先方は、その確認書において、当てはまる箇所に「✖」を入れて、それを返信するよう言ってきているようです。恐らくそれを受け取った時点で依頼を正式に受けたとするのだと思います。 〇〇〇様、 丁寧なeメールをどうも有難うございます。 費用の支払い手続きを進めていただけるということですね。 （本取引を）記録に残すため、添付した、私どもからの正式な確認書の、適切な箇所に「✖」マークを入れて頂けますでしょうか。宜しくお願い致します。

For this purpose, we will only need a written confirmation of this request, sent from the e-mail address registered with the account. というメールがマネーブッカーズから来ました。 そこで、私は a written confirmation of this requestの意味が＜手書きのリクエストを送れ＞という意味だと思ったので、もう一度同じ内容の英文を一生懸命手書きで紙に書いてスキャナで読み取ってPDFにして再度メールに添付して送ったのですが、一週間以上たっても何の連絡もなく、口座もクローズされたままです。 a written confirmation of this requestというのはどういう意味なんでしょうか？？？

As stated online and in our website no international credit cards are accepted. We have voided the transaction, since you are international we are not certain how many days for you to be able to see the money back into your account. As well it is not possible for us to send your order with our courier/shipper without receiving funds before. For international orders we are not able to collect COD as you mentioned. If interested in placing an order with our company we are able to accept wire transfer, there is a fee for this service. Based on the information you have provided and location, shipping fees exceed over $100.00. As mentioned we will need to receive all funds prior to shipping.
