～から出てくるという表現についてお尋ねします。英語
1Ｉ'll buy your cigaret for you. When I get back here I'll call you. Then can you get out of your flat? 2Ｉ'll buy your cigaret for you. When I get back here I'll call you. Then can you come out of your flat? ネイティブの質問サイトで両方使えるとの回答を見かけたのですが、get out off/come out ofの使えるといっても差異があると思うのですが、nuanceの違いはなんでしょうか？またyour cigaretはタバコ一箱という意味だと思うのですが、口語ではこのようにa pack of~と使わずに表すのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。

get out of your flat はフラットから外に出る。come out of your flatは、フラットから出て来る。例えば、フラットの外で待ち合わせる場合はどちらでも同じです。でもget out of your flat は、待ち合わせしていなくても、電話やメールなどで「外に出ろ」と言う場合にも使えるのに対してcome out of は遠くから電話で言ってもどこに向かって外に出るのかわかりません。 cigaretteとだけ言うと、普通は巻きたばこ一本、一本を想像するので、一本だけ買うことが無いとすると、cigarettesかa pack of cigarettes が正しいと思います。 葉っぱはtobacco だし、手巻きたばこはroll tobaccoなので、コーヒーや紅茶の様に、不可算名詞的にcigaretteと言うとも思えないのですが。でもそう使われていたのであればそう言うこともあるのかと思うしか無いですね。

本当は別の質問として上げるべきなんでしょうが、取り敢えず、 > B: The SIM includes $10 worth of voice and data. の後にA「10ドル分（sim cardに含まれている分で）この携帯で何時間/何分話せますか？」 ⇒ dataは使わない前提ですね？であれば、 How many minutes can I make domestic call with the $10 pre-charged if I use it for voice only? 少しくどいですが、「通話だけだったら国内で何分電話できますか？」。 B「（このsimで/※またはプリペイドカード買わなくてはならず、このプリペイドカードで）あなたは90分話せますよ」と表すにはどうすればよでしょうか？ ⇒ (You have to buy this SIM/pre-paid card. With this) you can make 90 minutes domestic call.

回答ありがとうございます。納得できました。前の質問で恐縮なのですが、 I want to buy the lowest price unlocked phone and a SIM card. How many dollars are pre-charged in the SIM? If a voice plan is not included and optional, I want to add $20 for voice. B: The SIM includes $10 worth of voice and data. の後にA「10ドル分（sim cardに含まれている分で）この携帯で何時間/何分話せますか？」B「（このsimで/※またはプリペイドカード買わなくてはならず、このプリペイドカードで）あなたは90分話せますよ」と表すにはどうすればよでしょうか？実はタイでの話なのですが、 unlocked cell phone を買って、simにそもそも現地で900円ぐらい入っていたのですが、いわゆる日本のような月額いくらというのを見かけなかった、タイの友人も使ってなかったのです。かつ、言語としてadd20dollars to the simでもthis cell phoneでも両者google ukで出てくるので理論上はsimに入れる、携帯に入れるどちらでも通じることは各国共通で使われている表現だとは分かりました。何度お質問すみません。
