＃１です、補足です。 あ、今気づいたんですが「主動詞」が欠けている見出しのスタイルについてのご質問でしたら （い）普通の文 X is bringing Y Z （ろ）見出しの文 X bringing Y Z の違いです。 日本語でも「ダイアナ妃が亡くなりました」Princess Diana is dead (普通の文）が 「ダイアナ妃死去」 Princess Diana -Dead！（見出し）となるのと似ています。 ついでですが「届ける」に間接目的語の明示はありませんが、「お届けする」は目上に届ける表現なので他に該当者が居ない場合 you を訳したことになります。
