Two on twoの意味を教えてください
ロンドンの治安の悪そうな場所で少女が立っていると、男が「Two on two?」と聞いてきます。少女はギャングの手下で、男はドラッグを買う客のようです。 それを聞いて少女はドラッグ（ヘロインやコカインなどのようです）の小さな包みを渡しています。他の場面でも客が「Three on two」「Ten on Ten」などと言っています。これは、どういう意味でしょうか。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

3 Pound on 2 bagsではないでしょうか。ヘロインやコカインは高いので3ポンドでは買えなさそうですが...。ドラッグの包みはなぜかバッグと言います。

読み飛ばしておりましたが、やはり気になったので教えてください。 今回もHarry potter and the philosopher's stoneに関してです。 UK版のp.76の真ん中あたりの文です。 HarryとRonはHogwartsに向かう列車にいます。 Harryは車内販売で食べ物を買うため廊下に出て、たくさんのお菓子と共にコンパートメントに買い、席の空きスペースにどさっと置いたので、Ronがびっくりしているという場面です。 "Ron stared as Harry brought it all back into the compartment and tipped it on to an empty seat." この文で、"on to"という表現に関して質問させてください。 "空きスペースに"というだけなら、"on an empty seat"と"on"だけでいいような気がしますが、どういうときに"on to"という表現を使えばいいのでしょうか？ 教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。
