手作りの石鹸を購入するために海外発送可能か、成分やサンプルの有無を確認したい

手作り石鹸には私も興味があるので和訳のお手伝いします。 サンプルはサンプルの項目を引いてもらえれば買えます。 海外発送は海外発送費用負担となりますが可能です。 石鹸の原料はすべて表示しています。洗剤込みのの石鹸から洗剤なしの石鹸に移行中です。(オイルベースとかそういう意味でしょう) FDA(食品薬物管理局)の規則により石鹸が洗えるということしか書けません。しっとりさせるとかドライスキンに効果あるとか、アトピーに効くとかは表記できないのです。そのくらい管理局の規則が厳しいのです。 また定期的に送りたいですが今のところストックしたものしか送れません。5週間後に引っ越しが迫ってます。新しい仕事につくので週58時間労働のため石鹸を手作りする時間がとれそうにありません。 2,3ヶ月後にまた連絡ください。事態は好転しているかもしれません。

That would mean that I eat vegetables and not meat, chicken, fish etc. In the context I used it in ("It's only cold in the mornings,") it would mean that it is cold in the morning, but it is not cold during the rest of the day. In a different context it could mean that it is always cold never hot, warm or cool in the morning. A clearer way to say what I meant that would have my intended meaning regardless of context would be "It is cold in the mornings only."
