IE9のインストールできない｜質問の要点
- Vista 32BitでIE9のインストールができません。エラーメッセージ「Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later.」が表示されます。
- IE9のダウンロード画面に進めず困っています。何度試しても同じエラーメッセージが表示されます。
- 富士通FMVのOSがVistaでIE9をインストールしようとしたら、エラーが出てできません。対処法を教えてください。

IE9がインストールできない
32BitのVistaでIE9がどうしてもインストールできません。ダウンロード画面には次のような英語が表示され先へ進めません。 Sign in Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later. Don't have a Microsoft account? VistaがSP2になっていれば、あとはWindows Update を普通にやるだけでIE9がインストールされるはずです。 SP2になっていないなら、以下のところからSP1、SP2をダウンロードしてインストールしましょう。 SP1：http://www.microsoft.com/ja-jp/download/details.aspx?id=910 SP2：http://www.microsoft.com/ja-jp/download/details.aspx?id=16468

ブラウザのクッキーが無効になっていると、現在のシステムが判断できずに、ダウンロードを開始するページに進めません。クッキーを有効にしてみましょう。

So that I did't sign up til yesterday. 「そこでログインができないって気がついて」は日本語でなら いいたいのですが、英語だと言い訳っぽくなるのでいわないほうが いいんかな？と思って省きましたが、 こういう付加情報もやはり言ったほうがいいのでしょうか？

初めて質問します。最近、Windows Live Hotmailを使い始めたのですが、Outlook Expressで使おうと、新しいアカウントを作成し、それに関連するフォルダをダウンロードしろという案内に従うと、 「Access to Hotmail via Outlook and Outlook Express now requires a subscription. Please sign up at http://join.msn.com/general/Email」 と表示され、使用できません。なぜでしょうか？
