んーん！ この英文を読む限りでは、すでに貴方は何らかの作業を終えていて、相手の登録を待っている状態にしか読めません。 もし、あなたが48時間以内に終えないといけない何らかの作業が残っていたら、Please allow ではなく、Please complete in 48 と書いてくるはずです。 或いはあなたの残っている作業とは先方の登録後に行う次のステップ、つまり注文とかそういう内容ではないのでないかな？

「貴方の登録手続きを完了するまで、本メールを受領後48時間の猶予を下さい。」 だと思います。 「メールを受け取ってから48時間以内に登録を完了してください」 でないことは確かです。
補足
早速のご回答ありがとうございます。が、登録の完了にはある作業が必要で その作業を48時間以内に完了せよ、と意味なのか、48時間以降に作業をしろという意味なのか知りたいのです。 説明が足りずすみませんでした。
