英文和訳の解説をお願いします

まず、主語は It（仮主語）であり、 ＝（真主語）not to be able to ～「～ができないこと」です。 こういう「～できないこと」＝人間という名詞ではあり得ません。 「～できないこと」は、という主語で 「～できないのは」という意味でもありません。 さらに、human は「人間の、人間らしい」という形容詞です。 human で名詞とするなら a human としないといけません。 私は a human being の方を好みますが a human もあります。 だから、この英語は 「数学ができないことは、ただ人間的であるにすぎない」 数学ができなくても、それは人間らしいというだけのことだ、 人間なら普通のことだ。

＞「～できないこと」は、という主語で 「～できないのは」という意味でもありません。 すみません、「～できないのは」でも「できないことは」と変わらない意味で使うこともでき、 ここでは問題ありません。

It is only human ⇒ それが本来の人間（の姿）だよ。 （人間的だという意味と思います。） not to be able to do mathematics. ⇒ 数学ができないのは。 「数学ができないのは人間だけだ」 ⇒ 「数学ができないのは人間的だという事だ」 と言う意味に捉えれば良いのではないでしょうか。

いつもお世話になっています。 That all men are equal is a proposition to which, at ordinary times, no sane human beings has never given his assent. 大学入試問題で、上の英文を和訳せよという問題がありました。 [That all men are equal](Ｓ) is(Ｖ) a proposition(Ｃ) 〈(以下はＣにかかる関係詞節)to which, at ordinary times, no sane human beings has never given his assent.〉 という構造は分かりましたので、 「全ての人間が平等だというのは、普通のときには、正気の人間であれば誰でも同意する主張である。」 と訳したところ、模範解答が、 「人間はみな平等であるというのは、普通のときには、正気の人なら誰もけっして同意したことのない主張である。」 となっていました。 noとneverで二重否定となって強い肯定となると思って訳したのですが、模範解答ではそうなっていません。どうしてなのでしょうか。確かに、これに続く文は模範解答の訳でないと意味が通じなくなってしまうのですが。この文に続く文は以下のようなものです。 A man who has to undergo a dangerous operation does not act on the assumption that one doctor is just as good as another. 英文読解についてですが、次の文を読解作業しながら訳すにはどうすればいいですか。 「To very few human beings is given an experience such as Henri Mouhot had about 150 years ago.」 まず、Ｔｏ～beingsとan experience～agoが倒置の働きをしていることがわかるんですが、それってどうやって見分けるのですか。そして「had」と「Ｔｏ very」はどういう働きをしるんですか。 訳は、「１５０年前にアンリ・ムオーがしてきたような経験はほとんどの人類に与えられていない」っていうようになります。 僕は、しっかり英文の構造を理解したいので・・・。
