分の翻訳を素人なのにやっています。（正規の翻訳担当者が取り掛かる前に概要が知りたいとのこと） 下記文言について、分の区切り方がわかりません。 ご指導のほどよろしくお願いします。 Is the use of non-Company approved Instant Messaging and File-Sharing software outside of your Intranet prohibited? 自分の訳は、翻訳サイトなどを使い、並べ替えをし、 「認められていない社外のインスタントメッセージやファイル共有ソフトなど社内イントラネットでの使用を禁止していますか？」としましたが、しっくりきません。。。

イントラネットというのは社内にきまっていますから社内イントラネットという言葉はよくありません。 outside ofというのだからイントラネット外、です。 non-Companyは、会社でないものだから個人です。 イントラネット外からの個人的インスタントメッセージやファイル共有使用を許可しますか でしょうね。

「shall be or hereby is entirely freed and relieved of」の訳について質問です。 「免除・放免され、または本契約書において免除・放免され」という訳だと同じことを２回言っていると思うのですが、どうなのでしょうか？ shall beとherebyは、any and allのように単なる強調で、訳は「本契約書において免除・放免される」と訳せばいいのでしょうか？ どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
