(1) の provided の主語は was の主語と同じく the discovery of this pathway とするのが妥当. 経路が見つかったことで左右の非対称性に対する最初の分子マーカーが得られ, それを使うことで非対称な形態形成が起きる前から左右のパターニングを追跡できるようになった, というところかな. (2) は文全体の「動詞」を聞いたんだけど.... もちろん「have」だね. is randomized も in which 節の中に入っているので「さまざまな遺伝子状態」が「無作為化された」わけじゃない. (3) の assemble は「組み立てる」あるいは単に「作る」でいいはず. 「集める」だと「細胞表面のいろんなところにある状態から特定の部位に集中させる」というニュアンスになるけど, ここで言っているのはたぶんそういうことじゃないよね.

いつもお世話になっております。 1providedはシグナル伝達経路の発見がもたらしたという意味でシグナル伝達経路がかかっていると思うのですが。 2はA variety of genetic condition 3は繊毛が発達しているという意味でしょうか。ノード流はこの繊毛の回転によって起こるという記述からご指摘を頂きましたことを考えてみました。

ありがとうございます。ようやく解決できました。 無作為に発生した臓器を指し示していてconditionにこのrandomizedがかかっているわけではないということですね。 assemble は形成することを意味しているのですね。 そうすると作ることができなかった場合と出来ていても動態が見られない場合とではという表現につながるのですね。 ありがとうございました。
