アンサンブルとは『合奏』のことです。 この単語は登場してはいませんが、 言いたいことはこの点に集約されています。 ヴォーカルが目立ちすぎてるので、 ドラムやベースは大丈夫なのかな？ they would really work well? とちょっぴり揶揄しているのです。 云わば婉曲的に褒めてはいるわけですが。
