和文英訳についての質問です
「私は英語で文章を書くときは、必ずイギリス人の友人に目をとおしてもらうことにしている。」 を英訳すると、 "When I make documents in English, I let a British friend look them over." でよろしいでしょうか。 よろしくお願い致します。

document は仕事とか公式の文書です。 let だと，ボランティアで見たがっている友人に見るのを許可する，という感じ。 When I write something in English, I always ask my British friend to take a look at it.

基本的にOKですが、 a British friend ⇒ my British friend/a British friend of mine のほうが自然でしょう。

B You can ask them what they said again without reserve. There are many set phrases to ask again, so it is good for you to use them. A I think it bother them to ask again and again. (I feel uneasy about if it bother them to ask again and again.) B That depends. If they appreciate that you are trying hard to join in the conversation, they will patiently listen to you. 自分で書いた文章なのですが、合っているかわからないので 間違っていたらご指摘お願いいたします＞＜！ However, English is not the one in one country alone. In fact, this English is used all over the world. But, the opportunity to meet British English is of rare occurrence to me when I'm in Japan. In addition, I suffer inconvenience from I can’t understand British English. --------------------------------------------------------------- It is to understand British’s culture. But, the opportunity to meet British English is of rare occurrence to me when I'm in Japan. Even if I am the international class, the chance to meet British culture is of rare to me. It can be recognized that there is a different culture. But, if this goes on I may end to live without learning other culture in the culture of Japan.

I should learn English more to keep up. I sometimes make mistakes in English which happen to offend some people. こんにちは。お世話になっております。 以下の文章を英訳したのですが、分からない部分もあり、困っています。 「もし可能でしたら、蓋の制作がいつ頃終わるか、およそで構わないので、制作期間を教えて下さい。」 "If it is possible,could you please tell me when you could finish make a lid?" ここまでしか英訳出来ず、 文章の、「およそで構わないので～......」から どうしても英訳出来ない状態です。。 あと、「何度もメールを送信して、申し訳ありません」と言う時、 "I am sorry for sending the emails again and again"の英訳で良いのでしょうか。 どなたか、お分かりになりましたら、 教えて頂けますと幸いです。 宜しくお願い致します。

中3です。 入試の過去問を解いてるのですが、 Me : I like zoos, but I don't think it is good to keep animals in zoos. の流れに合う30語程度の英文で、 Me : They sometimes look sad because they can't go anywhere. I think we should let them be free. It is important for all animals to be free. I don't want to make them sad. ってどうですか。 ちなみにこの後の文章は、相手が My friend : I see. I understand the idea because animals sometimes look sad. って言ってます。 8点中何点ぐらいもらえると思いますか。 採点、アドバイスお願いします！！

やはり、docmentは変なのですね。文章をどうしようかと思ったのですが、そうか、somethingを使えばいいのかと納得しました。 あと、letは確かに許可のletとかいうくらいですもんね・・。askを使えばいいのか・・！非常に参考になります。ありがとうございます。
