Hold that thought
- Skypeである話題について話し終えて、「じゃあおやすみなさい」と切ろうとした際、相手に「Hold that thought.」と言われ、またその話題に少し戻り「この話の続きはまた次回に」と言われ切りました。
- Hold that thoughtは、話が全部終わって切ろうとしていたのでなんだか違う意味になってくるように思いました。
- ちょっと待ってね。議論などを一時中断しなければならないとき。例えば話の途中で電話がかかってきたりして。

るろうに剣心という日本アニメで主人公が「～でござる」という場面が、 海外向けにふきかえられたバージョンだと 例えば、 薫殿が教えているのでござる Miss Kaoru is teaching, that she is. しっかりするでござる You've got to hold on, that you do. 大丈夫でござる I'm all right, that I am. おぬしに勝機はござらん You have no chance to win, that you don't. 等と訳されているのですが、ござるは何故「that S do/is/will...etc」になるのですか？ また、「that S do/is/will...etc」とはどのような意味ですか？

小説の一節で、どうしても使われているthatの意味、働きが分かりません。場面は、ある教師と生徒達が、昔にある事件に合い、その精神的な影響について、教師が、その当時お世話になった医者に手紙を書き、その手紙の内容の途中です。最初のthemは、その生徒達を指します。 I always wonder what effects the incident had on them, and on myself. Something as traumatic as that you'd think would have to have had some lingering physical or psychological impact on all of us. I can't believe otherwise. But when it comes to pinpointing what sort of effects these were, I am at a loss. この二文目に出てくるthat の働きと意味がよく分かりません。 １．私の解釈（文の構造）では、Something as traumatic as that you'd think が主語、would have to have had が動詞で、以下がhadの目的語でall of usまで続きます。これで合っているでしょうか？ ～as that you'd think の部分がややこしいので、これを省いて直訳すると、「何かトラウマシックなものが、私達に、身体的にも心理的にも大きな影響を与えたにちがいないのだろう」だと思います。 ２．このthatはいるのでしょうか？こういう例文をよく見ます。 If you listen to the album, it is actually not so commercial as you think. そのアルバムは実際に聞いてみると思ったほど商業主義的ではない。 The two of you aren't as well matched as you thought. 君たち二人ははじめ君たちが思っていたほど、お似合いではないね。 今回の質問しているas that you'd think が上記の例（as you think、as you thought）と同じ働きで同じ意味を成すとすれば、このthatの意味はいったいなんなのでしょうか？どういう働きをしているのでしょうか？ 仮に同じ働きだとして、訳すと、「あなたもそう考えているかもしれませんが、何かトラウマシックなものが、私達に、身体的にも心理的にも大きな影響を与えたにちがいないのだろう」 小説の途中で、文脈が掴みにくいかと思いますが、どうぞよろしくお願いします。お力を貸してください。

- FX 文中の「ザラ場」の意味を教えてください
FXを勉強し始めました。 書籍を読んでいるとたまに、 「途中×月×日にザラ場で下げる場面はありますが、再び上昇して～」 などという文言に出くわしますが、この「ザラ場」はどういう意味合いですか？ 一時的に下がったけど～ 的な意味合いでしょうか。
