User unknown →ここが理由ですね。 「ユーザが見当たりません」 と。 メールアドレスを確認して下さい。 1.メールを送ってもらい、本文にもメールアドレスを書いてもらう。 2.送られてきたメールの、送信者アドレスと本文中のアドレス、 更に、登録しているアドレスを比較する。 電話でお願いするか、SMSで送ってもらうかすれば良いかと思います。 尚、「～@i.softbank.jp」のアドレスは、既に携帯アドレスとみなされて いますが、もしかすると、PCアドレスとみなされている可能性が有り ますので、一度、上で確認したアドレスに対しMMSを送ってみるのも 良いかもしれません。 参考：http://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/info/notice/page/081031_00_m.html
