The Korean Central News Agency said on Thursday that Carter offered his condolences to the late leader's son, Kim Jong Un, and the Korean people. It says Carter also wished Kim Jong Un every success as he assumes his new responsibility as leader and that he looked forward to visiting North Korea again.
