以下の動画、アメリカのtax cutの話なのですが、0:31前後で、聞き返した後に、女性のインタビューアーが、 If you get on intended, we have to do this rachio-actively と言っているように聞こえますがどのような意味ですが？ その少し前にもrachio activeのように言っているところがありますが。rachet と言っているのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。 http://www.bloomberg.com/video/83193528/

If we don't get it done in ten days、we have to do this retroactively. retroactively さかのぼって（減税をするということ） Bush tax cutを今すぐしないと、例えば２月になってから、さかのぼって所得税の減税をしても、1月に景気が冷え込む可能性が高い、と彼は言っています。
