私は“no” を “some” や “any” などと同じとして考えています。それ以上深く知る必要なし。 “no” を “some” や “any” などと同じ使いかたで“some”を“no”に置き換えても文法的には同じ（意味が変わるけど）。 “not ～ any/some”を “no” に置き換えると意味は同じです。 I have no money. = I do not have any money. ですから Is there any such thing as too many Twitter logos? (any such の例) Have you not read of some such thing? (not – some such の例)

(1)as there isについて これはどういう意味になるのでしょうか？なくてもいいように見えるのですが必要なのでしょうか？ (2)fresh, an integral impression について これはfresh and an integral impression という事でしょうか？ つまりmake "Cloverfield" appear an integral impression という事なのでしょうか？それともan integral impressionを主語とした分詞構文なのでしょうか？主語を新たに置く分詞構文は実際にはほとんど見ないのでどちらなのかよくわからないです。。。 お願いします。

such asの文法について疑問に思ったことがあり、確認のためネットで検索していると And each of them is such as his like is? という文を見つけました。 「such A as...＝A such as...（・・・するようなA）」のasは比較で使われるas...asの後ろの接続詞のasだとネット上で知ったのですが、（実際辞書にもasは関係代名詞・接続詞と書いてあります）Aがない場合があるとも辞書にあり、それが上の文だと思います。（ここが間違っていたら元も子もありませんが、、、） この場合suchは代名詞だと思うのですが、本来比較の接続詞のasは「as＋形容詞（副詞）＋as...」と前に形容詞（か副詞）がある形で使うと思いますが、上のようなsuchが代名詞の文では前に形容詞（副詞）がない形になっていますよね？ 比較as...asの接続詞のasは前に形容詞（副詞）がなくても使われることがあるのでしょうか？ 細かい質問ですみませんが、どなたかご回答をお願いします。
