そのまま訳すと、 ボーイスカウトが、その下でキャンプできたでしょうね ということですが。 あの、これって下ネタじゃないかと思いますよ…^^； 腰に置いたタオルか何かがテントみたいになったってこと じゃないでしょうか（汗）。
