hana7123さんが混乱されたのは当然です。 何故ならば、この英語のso thatの用法が間違っているからです。 外国人でもこのような文法ミスをします。全体の文章から意味が汲み取れるので大きな問題には普通なりませんが、文法的に理解しようとすると厳しいです。意外とネイティブでもこれを聞いて「どこが間違っているの？」と聞くような事があるでしょう。 本来は、so 又は therefore 又は so therefore が正しいのです。 A so that B であると、Bの為にAをするとの意味が普通だからです。 so that が間違いである事が分かれば、文章の意味が明確になるかと思います。 「Please send your travel details to ＸＸＸＸ so that she can arrange the accommodation.」 宿泊先をアレンジ（ホテルの予約等の事でしょう）するため、貴方の旅行日程（航空便名、出発・到着時間なども含む）を××××宛てに送って（連絡して）ください。 ここでの so that は正しく使われていますね（笑）。 この文章では、全ての宿泊をアレンジします、と理解して良いと思います。５日の午前中の帰国便を薦めているので、４日の宿泊も当然含まれます。
