英語で「ほとんどの日本人がその店に足を踏み入れたことがあるか、何か買ったことがあるのでは？と思います」 って"I think almost all Japanese people have entered the shop or bought something. でいいのでしょうか？ 現在完了を使ったのですが、使わないほうがいいのでしょうか？

I think most Japanese may have visited that shop and bought something there. 過去形でもいいです。

いつもお世話になっております。 現在完了でよくわからないことがでてきましたので，教えていただけますでしょうか？ I have been to London. や I have eaten sushi in Japan. などが完了形になることは理解できるのですが，I have bought a souvenir. というのはわからなくもないのですが，自然でないような気がします。単純に I bought a souvenir. とした方がいいかなと思うのですが，日本語で「～したこと経験がある」と訳せるものは英語ですべて have 過去分詞で表現できるのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いいたします。

現在完了、過去形 When I have finished doing this work, I think I have done something useful for the people around me. 今、現在完了と過去形を勉強しています。文法の問題では正解できるんですが、長文になると違いがわかりません。現在完了や過去形は、その時の話し手の気持ちや、その状況で使い方が違うんだと思います。 上の文では何故現在完了が使われているのでしょうか？どういう意図、意思などがあるんでしょうか？過去形にした場合とどう違いますか？ （時制の一致もよくわかっていませんが、、、仮に） When I finished doing this work, I think I had something useful for the people around me. 過去形にすると今は「役に立つことをした」と思ってるかどうかは分からないって事になるんでしょうか？

First, we can know what the heart problem is or how should we deal with it by TV, book and radio. Japanese government tries hard to keep everyone informed about disorders. Second, In Japan, over 30000 people are killed by themselves every year. This disorder is one of major risk factor for suicide. For these reasons, almost all Japanese understand and try to help them.
