I have been promised the rates for tomorrow morning.

I hope that this helps for the time being but please let me know if you need anything further A rate for sea freight on this to door would be approx. ￡ 545.00 but this also excludes the Japanese customs clearance

Good day, I have the tub prepared to ship. However, the freight forwarder will most likely charge me to warehouse the tub until the sink arrives. I cannot afford to pay fees on top of the separate freight charges. At this point in time I do not have an exact date on the arrival of the sink. But the Japanese forwarder (partner of Panalpina) does not accept to make customs clearance for private persons, except if the supplier pre-pays the import duties. So they are the following 2 solutions now: 1) We send your shipment by DHL as allways - The freigth charge is Euro 180,00 higher than with air cargo. You could pay this difference of Euro 180,00 to us together with your next order 2) We send it by air cargo and accept to prepay the Japanese customs duties. In that case we will send you the invoice for the customs duties after we paid it and will ask you to pay it back to us by PayPal or bank remittance Please let us know which solution you prefer. Your shipment cannot be dispatched before we answer to the forwarder. Sorry for this inconvience.

We require prepayment for all international orders via wire transfer. You will see the $20 handling fee for wire transfer on the quote. We ship via UPS. I have estimated the freight charges on the quote as well. Etymotic Research cannot estimate customs, duties or other taxes that vary by company. These are the responbility of the buyer. We can bill to your UPS account if you would like, just reply with the account number. Should you choose to move forward with order please confirm the shipping method and wire fee. We would reply with the wire instructions at that time. There is approximately a 4 week period once payment is processed to build the ER10B+ instrument.

Everything else is included. I do not know how much would 運送会社AAA charge for those 2 cartons as unless you book the shipment with them we will not deal with them anymore. I can ask them on your behalf but if you decide to go with the shipping with them you need to book it yourself and sort out the payment with them. I will also check for you how much will DHL charge as well.
