こんにちは。 I can't do it.を早く発音しようとすると、 tの音がdの音と同じ位置で発音するためか、 とても発音しずらく無理して早く言おうとすると、 tの音が消えてI can do it.と言ってしまいます。 みなさんは、どう発音されていますか？ どうしてもわからなくて困っています。 よろしくお願い致します。

- "How could I help it?"の訳
イスタンブールが舞台のpaperbackを読んでいたら、以下のような表現に出くわしました。 "He owns the Harem?" "You've heard of it?" "How could I help it?" これが、邦訳では 「ハーレムの経営者なのか？」 「どんな所かご存じですか？」 「知らないはずないだろう」 となっています。 "How could I help it?"が、どうして 「知らないはずないだろう」となるのでしょうか？

- I love it. と I'm loving it. の違いは？
既に質問が出ているのかも知れませんが、検索しても見つかりませんでした（検索の仕方が悪いのかも）のでさせて頂きます。 ハンバーガーショップのＣＭで、I love it. ではなく、I'm loving it. が使われていますね。学校では love は like, feel のように状態を表す動詞なので進行形では用いないと教わるかと思います。でも、実際には、 I'm loving it. は使われているようで、ネットで検索してもかなりの数がヒットします。 同様に、feel も、I'm not feeling well this morning. などと使われると思います。でも、一体 I don't feel well this morning. と、どう違うのかと言われると途方に暮れます。ただ、進行形の方が、「（いつもと違って）特に今は」のような感じがするのですが・・・。 さて、本題の I'm loving it. ですが、これも、「今はこれにはまっているんだ」って感じなのでしょうか？ I love it. と I'm loving it. の違いは何でしょうか？ ついでながら、like の進行形 be liking というのは、お目にかかったことがありませんが、可能なのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。

海外の友人が英語について教えてくれているのですが、何と書いてくれているのでしょう？ **When you start a sentence with "so," it's like it connects it to the previous sentence. For example. The man was hungry. So, he decided to go buy a burrito. In this case it's like it's filling in for "because of this." "Let me see what I can do," and "I translated my message into Japanese" don't seem to connect in quite the same way. If you wanted to use "so", you could say- I'd like to help you as well. So, I'll translate my message into Japanese. Another way you could think of it is if the two sentences COULD connect naturally with only a comma you can use "so." You can write- I'd like to help you as well, so I will translate my message into Japanese. You can't write- Let me see what I can do, so I will translate my message into Japanese. Hope this helps, let me know if I'm writing too many notes here!

Mandy Moore Shane West主演の『A Walk To Remember』を見た方だけに答えてもらいたいのですが、映画の終わりにShane Westが『愛は風に似ています。私はそれを見ることができません。しかし、私はそれを感じることができます。』こんな感じの事を言っているじゃないですか、そこで聞きたいのですが英語で聞くと皆さんはどちらに聞こえますか?? 一つ目は『Love is like the wind.I can't see it. But I can feel it.』 二つ目は『Love is like a wind.I can't see it. But I can feel it.』 これがどっちなのか知りたくて知りたくて☆わかる人教えてください☆よろしくお願いします！

あの ある英語関係のHPでこんなのがあったのですが・・ I don't think you can have talked to her . 君が彼女と話が出来たとは思えない・ まず一点 彼女とだったら with her ですよね？？ 次一点 can have pp っていわないですよね？？ 私てき 考えは I don't think you could talk with her ..か I think you can't have talked with her .. なのですが 私の疑問と 私の英語は間違っていますでしょうか？？ 教えてくださ～い

先日、イスラエルの作家 Etgar Keretの本を読んでいると、 こういうくだりに出くわしました。 She says I don't really love her. That I say I do, that I think I do, but that I don't. I've heard of people who say they don't love someone, but to decide for someone else if he loves them? このうち、3行目の意味がはっきりとつかめません。 愛してるかどうかを他の誰かが決めるは聞いたことがないよね？ という感じなんでしょうか？ 特に最後にどうして？がついているのか、というのが一番の疑問点です。 読み飛ばしても問題ないとはいえ、ちょっと気になったままです。 和訳とできましたら、何故こういう文章になっているのかというのも分かれば幸いです。 よろしくお願い致します。

I'm just surging with anger right now. I can't help it. I think what he did is wrong. why could't he just once give in and not be so controlling. It helps to write these feelings down. I can't talk to him. He overpowers me with his words in no time.then there's the fact that I cant' put what I'm trying to say in the right way. What I want to say never comes out the way I envision it in my head. why is that? I wonder If I could have prevented the fight by going out there myself, then again maybe he would have told me the same things. If I told him any of my feelings he would immediately tell me "the angels are controlling you."I need him to give me the freedom to talk to him, but right now that's not going to happen. So I will only let these feelings flow through me and out this pencil. It's weird, but I already feel the tension leaving me and soon I will only be left with the memory of this night to think about and analyze, rethink, and come to a conclusion about what to do. Maybe the tension is leaving me because I'm no longer around him; I'm out here in my own space. I love my tent! It's my own space to do with as I wish. As soon as I see him again, all I want to do is tell him how wrong he was to do that. But he will never take responsibility for what he does. It''always someone else's fault,the angels now mostly.
