こう言うのは専門ではありませんので、見当違いかも知れませんが 原文には any goods or products と間に or が入っていますから「商品製品」と一つのものと誤解されないように、分けてお訳しになるのが安全かと思います。 直訳すれば「あなた（の会社）が A 社と一緒に使う、他の登録商標を入れるだけの目的なら」いけない、ということらしいですね。要するに貴社が登録商標を使うなら、貴社とA社の物だけにして、他社のは入れるな、と言っているような気がします。 「上記の英文でわかりますか」私には、専門ではありませんので慣習を知らないのかも知れませんが、上記の英文では分かりませんでした。

有難うございます。最初の英文はわかりますが、２番目のは↓と 微妙に違うような、直訳して頂いて有難うございます。 大意はしたのかたともおなじで、私の会社にとってとんでもない 内容ですので、削除か訂正をかけなければと思っております。 又お願いいたします。
