英訳をお願いします。
ビジネス文書英訳をお願いします。 書類を預かる上での特記事項を一筆書きたいのですが、ビジネス文書らしく書けません・・・。 一応自分なりに考えてみました。 正しい英訳を教えてください。 よろしくお願い致します。 日本語：書類は私たちの会社で保管します。もし何らかの事情で書類が必要になったとき、連絡をいただければ対応いたします。 英訳：The documents shall be kept by our company, in the case that documents are needed for some reasons, please contact us. we may receive your request.

日本語：書類は私たちの会社で保管します。もし何らかの事情で書類が必要になったとき、連絡をいただければ対応いたします。 英訳：The documents shall be kept by our company, in the case that documents are needed for some reasons, please contact us. we may receive your request. これだけで必要にして十分です。 Your documents shall be safe kept by us. Whenever needed please get in touch with us with your due instruction. with your due instruction = 貴方のそれなりの指図を持って〈直訳〉→(貴ご指示をもちまして)
