はじめまして。 １．必要個数が999～1000個で、1001ではダメなのであれば、既に回答にあるようにexactやexactlyを使うといいと思います。 ２．それを強調的に使って、同級の比較級と合わせると、正確さがより強調されます。 ３．１個たりともマイナス＆オーバーしてはいけないことは、not less nor more than that quantityを副詞的に添えると事足りるでしょう。 ４．以上を踏まえて原文に忠実な訳例は以下の通りです。 Please bring exactly as many pieces as 1000, not less nor more than that quantity. （直訳）「その数より少なくも多くもなく、ちょうど1000個と同じ数だけ、持って来て下さい。」 → （意訳）「1000個きっかり持って来て下さい。数がそれ以下でもそれ以上でも駄目です。」 ５．また、exactlyをjustにしても同意文になります。また、誤差を受け付けない、という姿勢を示すなら、not acceptable「受け付けない」、not valid「無効」 などを使うと効果があります。 例： Please bring just as many pieces as 1000, not acceptable if less or more that quantity. 「1000個ちょうど持ってきて下さい。それ以下でも以上でも受付ません」 ６．最後の副詞句を別の文に置き変えれば、以下のような文にすることもできます。 It’s not valid if the quantity is less or more than 1000. 「数が1000以下または以上であれば、無効です」 以上ご参考までに。

皆さま、有り難うございます。 補足ですが、 生産の都合で１０００個ぴったり用意できない事が多いのです。わざと少なくされて９００では少ない、予算の都合で１００１個でも困るのです。 ややこしくてすみません。

NO.2さん、「exact 1,000 pcs.」では exact が形容詞であるため「1000個の精巧な部品」のような意味になってしまいませんか？ 「1000個」にかかるためには exactly で有る必要があるように思うのですが。

下記のように書いてはいかがでしょう。大文字は強調で、文の中でどこが重要かを相手に伝えるために使いました。 Please bring 1000pcs of XXX (not any more or less) with you. Please bring EXACTLY 1000pcs of XXX with you.
