英訳に挑んでみました。（文章自体は結構新しいものです） 英語に長ずる方、どうか添削をお願いします。 日本語： 来賓としてあいさつした作家の堺屋太一氏は「大阪から日本を再び世界に冠たる国にしたい。橋下改革で大阪維新を成功させよう」と訴えた。 （朝日新聞より） 自分の英語： Mr.Taichi Sakaya,who is a writer and had greeted everyone as a guest said that"Osaka wants to make Japan a famous country in the world.Let's make the Osaka restoration succeed by Hasimoto's reform !" 個人的にはやはり「大阪から日本を再び世界に冠たる国にしたい。」の部分がかなり気になります。どうしてもなかなか日本語の文意に沿った英訳ができません。 お願いします。

Guest speaker, Taichi Sakaiya, who is a prominent writer, said that he wanted Osaka to play a role to make Japan one of the largest economic power and that we should make Osaka restoration succeeded under the Hashimoto administration.

言うまでもないことのようだが、ナポレオンの言ったことの意味はやりたいと思ったことは 必ず成し遂げてみせる」ということで、文字通りどんなことでもできるということではなかっただろう。 Needless to say, the meaning of Napoleon's saying is not literally that he can achieve everything but actually that he make the best to surely achieve what he wants to do. 意外と やりたいと思ったことは必ず成し遂げてみせる でつまづきました。 英語→日本語にしてみても、ちょっと違和感を感じますがどうでしょうか？ 回答よろしくお願いします。

どの国でも1年中が日本の真夏と同じ気候である。そんな条件下で向上と 繁栄を目指して努力している実情は、もっとしられてもよいと思う。 In all seasons, any country has the same climate as midsummer in Japan. I think more people should notice the fact many people make an effort to enhance their quality of lfe or flourish under the condition. あまりうまくできませんでした。 notice は know に換えてもいいのでしょうか？ 状態動詞なので避けたほうがいいという話を思い出して避けました。 関係ない話、そもそも日本語の内容がおかしいと思います。 回答よろしくおねがいします。
