英文和訳 お願いします
お願いします。 自分で和訳しましたが、日本語の意味内容も よくわからないし 単語の意味も自信ありません。 Attitudes to nature and the environment are in part culturally driven. 自然や環境にたいする態度は部分的に 文化的に むけられている。[drivenの意味は？] While it is important to appreciate differing cultural viewpoint,ultimately circumstances will dictate that we set certain cultural beliefs aside and admit that it is biological systems that we are all dependent on. 異なった文化的な観点を鑑賞することは大切だけれども、結局、状況は我々が文化的信念をわきにおいて 述べており我々みんな依存しているの生態系であることを認める。 [differing はうしろの語にかかる？ dictateの意味は？ will は admit にもかかる？] 言ってる内容自体が理解できないので、 かなり直訳で誤訳してると思います。 教えてください。

前後の文脈がわからないので、文法は理解できてもかなり難しいのですが、何とか意図が通じやすいように言葉を選んでみました。 「自然や環境に対する態度は、ある程度文化に左右される。」 ●drivenの意味は？ →～によって決定される、動かされる 「異なる文化的視点を認めるのは重要だが、結局のところ、文化的信条を棄て、我々が依存しているのは生態系だということを受け入れるかは、周囲の状況が決定づけるのである。」 ●differing はうしろの語にかかる？ →そうです。 ●dictateの意味は？ →～に影響する、～を決定する、決定づける ●will は admit にもかかる？ →かかりません。dictateだけで、dictateするのは下記のように<< >>内全体となります。 ultimately circumstances will dictate that <<we set certain cultural beliefs aside and we admit that it(＝★that以下。主部が長くなるので倒置している) is biological systems ★that we are all dependent on. >>

“driven”は他動詞の“drive”の過去分詞形で受動態になっています、意味はこの場合「操作されている」とか「仕向けられている」というような意味です、ですので訳としては多少意訳ですが… 自然や環境に対する人々の態度というのは、その文化的背景によって余儀なく導かれている部分がある。 ぐらいがいいのではないでしょうか。 つぎに“diiffering”ですが、これは自動詞の“differ（～と異なる）”のいわゆる「現在分詞の形容詞用法」で、interest→interestingのように「形容詞」として名詞を修飾しています。ですので質問者さんのおっしゃるとおり直後の“cultural viewpoint（文化的な観点）”にかかってこれを修飾しています。 “dictate”はここでは「命令する」とか「指図する」という意味の他動詞として使われています。主語は“circumstances（状況）”ですので「擬人的」な用法ということになりますね。 “will”がadmitにかかるか？ということですが、この文章の“that”以下は“dictate”の目的語になっていますので“will”はあくまで“dictate”にかかる助動詞ということになります。 文全体の訳としては 異なる文化的観点を尊重するのが重要である一方で、最終的には（われわれの置かれた）状況が、それらの文化的信念を保留し、われわれ全てが依存しているのが他ならぬ生態系であるということを認めざるを得なくするであろう。 という感じでしょうか、参考まで。

There are times when that path is dark lonely and silent and other times when it is suffused with love, well being. Compared to this love, all other love will seem humdrum and mundane. It is in the Philippine Constitution that public servants have the right to unionize and in 1987, there was the Executive Order 180, that created the Public Sector Labor Managemant Council. It was only recently, September, 2011 to be exact, that the government thru Civil Service Commision has come up with a clear guidelines on how public school teachers will be unionized. The main essence is that public school teachers can form union on a regional basis. With this, we registered our very union in the National Capital Region (ACT-NCR union) then gained our recognition from the government last Septembr 17, 2012. We are now in the process of negotiation with the Deped NCR. In fact, we already had 2meetings with them. Our Davao region is already in the process of registration. Soon other regions will follow. We are the only teachers organization that is already officially registered and recognized. 2. The ACT-Ncr union is more or less 26t members out of 50t. Membership campaign is on going. Over all we have, 40t members. Trade unions in the Phil are separate from teachers. And also private schools have different unions (school to school basis) 3. Some of our major issues are a. Increasing of education budget from 3% to 6% of the GDP like all other countries. So that shortages in the number of teachers, rooms, chairs, toilets and sanitation facilities will be addressed b. Adequate , decent and living wages for teachers and non-teaching personnel. At present, the minimum salary of teachers in the public school is $464. c. Increase budget for the state colleges and universities d. Basic education curriculum that is relevant to the needs of the people and national development. We are campaigning for education that is scientific, mass oriented and nationalistic. e. Implementation of the laws in education that is related to the benefits of teachers like RA 4760 Magna Carta for Public School Teachers, RA 8790 GSIS Law, etc Hope that this explation helped.
