英語の和訳に自信がありません・・・

(1)西洋ではラッキーでも……ということでベトナムからあとは別の文です。 (2)掌を自分にむけて作るVサインはしばしば二つの意味を持つ。 (3)obsceneは場合によったら卑猥だ、わいせつだ、のほうがいいかも。 (4)Also,また in some asian countriesアジア圏のいくつかの国では, moving your hauds a lot while talking,話をしている時にやたらと手を動かすこと,or または “talking with your hands”手で話す＝ジェスチャーで伝える、ia considered bad manners.ことは悪いマナーと考えられます。 最初に書き手が一番伝えたい文の主語と動詞を探すといいですよ。あとはそれらに付け加えられた補足と思って順番に訳をなさるとわかりやすいかも。 各国のジェスチャーの違いに関する文とは思いますが、全文を読んではいないので、必ずしも適切な訳文は言えないかも知れませんが、意味は↑です。

ANO.1 さんのご回答に補足です．1) だけについてですが． 「;」に注目してください．二つの文を並べる働きをします． 「～だけれども」とか「一方で～」という意味合いになります． 「西欧諸国では～だけれども，ベトナムやアルゼンチンでは～だ」となります． また，「ラッキー！」というより「幸運を祈る！(Good luck!)」でしょう． http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossed_fingers
