外国為替に関する文の日本語訳を教えてください！

先日もお答えしました。勉強熱心には感心します。 "Exchange Rate” means the rate which Bank determines to be prevailing in a relevant foreign exchange market at a relevant time, which determination shall be conclusive and binding on Customer absent manifest error. 「適切な」――>「関連する、該当する」 「普及」――>最も一般的な(優勢な) 日本語らしい日本語にしようとすると、こんな感じかな。 absent manifest error ――>if without apparent error 顧客サイドに明白な単純錯誤が無い限りは、顧客を拘束するものとする。 他のアドバイスとして、学生さんで将来の勉強で「外国為替取引約定書」を和訳される熱意とお時間有るのなら、私なら、「商品の売り込み」「プレゼン」「クレイム処理」「代理店契約」等の方が、もっと面白くて、直接には為になるかと。 但し、昔話で、「船会社に入れば、船荷証券の裏側にとても読めない位の細かい文字で書いてある約款」や「保険会社なら、保険証券の裏側、、、以下同文」を入社早々英文和訳させられたらしいですが、そんなことはその会社に入って勉強すればよいこと、銀行に入ればこんな文章ばかりを否が応でも目にするでしょうし、理解しなければなりません(勿論、立派な和文もありますので、自分で訳する必要も無いのかと)。それよりも、沢山の他分野の本をお読みになった方が、、、

「契約不履行」とは第８．１項に規定された意味を指す。 「為替レート」とは、関連する時間に関連する為替市場において提示されていると銀行が決定するレートを指す。その決定は、銀行が、決定するものである。 この後ろの　 binding on customer absent manifest errorという文章は、私は　仕事では見たことがありません。　わかったら　教えてください。 顧客と銀行によって締結された。。。 政府系機関。 代理人 含むがそれに限定されない 本当に　学生さんですか？
