ある種の赤ワインの製造で、裸足で踏み潰す場面がありましたが、桶などにいれて「潰す（つぶす）」行程を行っているのではないでしょうか。

What happens during sleep? Breathing becomes deep and quiet.The heart works slowly. The temperature of the body goes down. You feel a little down and you have to cover your body with something. 自分で英訳すると、 「睡眠中になにがおきますか。呼吸が深くなり、また静かになります。 心臓がゆっくり働きます。体温が下がります。あなたは少し気分が落ち込み、 そして何かで体を覆わなければなりません。」 このなかで「少し気分が落ち込み」と訳しているところですが、 「feel a little down」をそう訳しましたが、どうも納得いきません。辞書を ひいてもどうもしっくりきた訳がみつかりません。文脈から考えて 「少し寒く感じる」のような意味ではないかと思うのですが、 どなたかアドバイスください。 よろしくお願いします。

ネットを使って英会話の勉強をしている者です。 分からないところがあったので質問させて頂きます。 ワインの輸入をしている主人公がオーストラリアにワインの買い付けにいった場面での会話です。 その場面で醸造元が薦めた白ワインについて、主人公のMs,Leeがいろいろケチというかウンチクを並べます。わからないのはその後の、You know以下の所です。 主人公：・・・ I understand it wasn’t a good year for cabernet in this district. 醸造元：You know your wines, Miss Lee. 主人公：I try to be prepared. What’s your best red? ここでまず下に書いた(1)の訳が頭に浮かびました。でも何かおかしい気がしていろいろ考えてるうち（2）の訳も浮かんできました。 (1)醸造元：決めるのは貴方です。 主人公：用意してあるものを試すわ。一番いい赤ワインは？ (2)醸造元：ワインにお詳しいですね。 主人公：準備してきたもの（準備しようと頑張ったもの）。一番いい赤ワインは？ とる方の訳によって全然意味が違ってきます。 try to be prepare でググって見たり、tryやbe prepareで調べてみたのですが、いまいち分かりませんでした。 考えたどっちの訳も間違えてるかもしれません。そもそも、ワインに詳しいですね、と単純に言うのにYou know your winesなんて言い方をするものなのか・・。教えていただければ有り難いです。宜しくお願い致します。

I have a question of etiquette. Our adult sons (who are older than 40), their wives and our grandchildren often visit over the weekends for family sit-down dinners. We do this pretty much every weekend because they live close by and we enjoy the chance to keep up with our daughters-in-law and grandchildren. Our boys and their wives help themselves to wine and beer, which is fine, and I enjoy a glass or two of wine, too. But none of them ever brings a bottle of wine as a gesture. They all have the expectation that we will replenish the wine and beer each week. Did we do something wrong in bringing these young men up? replenish the wine and beer はどう訳したら良いでしょうか？あと、bringing these young men upはどのような意味でしょうか？よろしくお願いします
