過去のことに関する仮定法なので、下の分が正しいです。 If my boss had not been there I would have drunken beer. ちなみに、drunkenではなくて、drunkですので、 If my boss had not been there I would have drunk beer. となります。 参考ＵＲＬを見てください。

まず、仮定法には仮定法過去と、仮定法過去完了がありますね。 仮定法過去は現在のことに反する事実を仮定する場合 に使います。 仮定法過去完了は過去の事実に反するときに使います。 この場合、過去のある時点において反する事実を述べようとしているので仮定法過去完了である下の文章を使うのが適当でしょう。 それから細かいですが、「drunken」ではなく「drunk」ですよ。

「次の文の空所に入れるのに最も適当な語句を、a～dのうちから1つ選びなさい。」 ・If ( ) for your aid, I would not have succeeded in my business. という問題で、選択肢が、 a. there were not b. it had not been c. I were not d. I had not been ってあるんです。 答えは、b. it had not been になるんですけど、何で答えがこれになるのかわかりません。 hadって何で出てきたんですか…？ 全くわかりません(>_<) 解説付きでの回答、宜しくお願いします。
