和訳をお願いします
In 2000, Starbucks introduced fair-trade cofee which guarantees growers decent wages and conditions. 前半の方，totalはこの場合，総額の，だと思います。全部でどのくらい使われるのか，が問題となっている部分でしょう。 後半の方，最初の文は，Whatからdifferenceまでが主語ですね。what I said（私が言ったこと）などと同じ用法です。 訳は，「根本的な違いを確かにもたらすのは・・・」 あとはお分かりでしょう。 "to a historic low of 25 pence"は，もう少し柔らかく訳すなら，「記録的な低価格である25セントまで」といったところでしょうか。

ここのconditionは「条件」と訳したほうが適していると思います。 decentが抜けています。相当額の、しっかりしたなどの意味合いだと思います。 価格が過去最低価格である２５ペンスまで下落しても、問屋の多くはコーヒー１ポンドにつき７０ペンスを受け取るのです。 という感じに訳すとしっくりくるのではないでしょうか。
